Hilride was hired by the Cosumnes Community Services District (CCSD) in the City of Elk Grove, California to assist with Phase 1 of bike park facility planning. Hilride’s scope of work included the development of a site selection process- site selection criteria, criteria matrix, site assessments, feasibility study and a conceptual bike park design plan. Hilride worked with the CCSD Parks and Recreation Department to par down their 80 park sites to 12 potential bike park sites and ultimately down to one preferred location. Hilride is currently engaged in the Community Outreach and Design Master Plan phase including website, sticker and t-shirt design, facilitation of a series of community design development meetings and development of a Design Master Plan.
